Communication Strategies for Today’s Leaders

Instructor: Susanne Gaddis, PhD, CSP, CEO, The Communications Doctor

Lead and others will follow.  The question is will that be in a positive or negative way?  There has never been a more important time for leaders to fully examine the way they communicate in their organization.

Do you possess the necessary skills to succeed as a leader?  Do you behave in a way that positively affects or negatively infects your organization? Do you communicate in a way that pulls people toward you or does your behavior push them away?

This interactive workshop has you take an in-depth look at your behavior, both verbal and non-verbal, as well as your actions and reactions, to help you understand the impact you have on others in the workplace.  You will learn how small changes in your communication can have a big impact on the effectiveness, productivity and performance of those you lead.
